About the Production

One singular sensation—A Chorus Line explores the inner lives and desperate ambitions of dancers auditioning for a spot in a Broadway chorus. Marvin Hamlisch and Edward Kleban's Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical strips away the glamour to reveal the raw humanity behind the sequins. Ram's Head staged this production in Roble Gym's Dance Studio rather than Memorial Auditorium, creating an intimate, immersive experience that brought the audience right onto the line with the dancers. As the Stanford Daily noted, the show "spotlights individual skills of student actors" with "talented solo performances."
